I like tiramisu.
Tiramisu
Some observations on tiramisu.
Tiramisu has white stuff (mascarpone). Sponge cake bits (Ladyfingers or salvatori). Contains coffee and wine (Kahlua).

Good. All the parts. Could clearly detect the mascarpone, coffee, flavours from the alcohol.
Used Egg in the marscapone, will try Whipped cream next time. |
